Shipping & Delivery

We can deliver your goods to any address, whether your home, place of work or a friend's address. Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address during the checkout process.

Please note that for security reasons, all our deliveries are tracked and require a signature at point of delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you will be left instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us using Skype (Skype name: itx.bg), our contact form or by telephoning +359897874248 (English language).

Delivery Methods

For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. We offer the following shipping methods with their corresponding delivery times:

  • Econt Express Courier Service - Available in certain countries across the European Union. Generally delivery takes 3-5 days after dispatch. Visit  http://en.econt.com/tariff-parcel/ for availability and pricing information;
  • Ground Mail - Delivery time  is within 10 - 14 days following dispatch using this method;
  • Air Mail - Delivery time  is within 5-7 days following dispatch;
  • DHL Express Worldwide Service - Usually takes 3-5 days to deliver. Please contact us if you want your goods to be delivered using this method. 

ITX.bg  suggests all International customers to note that we can not be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges of your orders are calculated for you automatically during the checkout process. All delivery prices are quoted as they are offered by the carriers and are subject to changes. We can not be held responsible if changes occur in carriers pricing.

In all cases where the actual delivery cost is less than we charged during the checkout process - we will refund the customer with the overpaid amount.

Note to customers outside the EU: If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the EU, the order may be subject to export duties and taxes which have to be paid together with the shipping cost. Also the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

Returns & Replacements

Standard return policy

All customers based within the EU may return unwanted item(s) by claiming their rights under the EU Distance Selling Directives as detailed below. We also offer a standard returns policy which covers returns or exchange of any unwanted item(s).

You should return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. When your delivery is signed for, the time and date of delivery is logged on our system. Returns outside of this timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of  ITX.bg Ltd and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

You shall not have any right to cancel a contract for the supply of any goods which are personalized or made for your specification in any way.

You, the customer are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to us for any reason.

Item condition

Items should be returned in an unused, resalable condition. For products to be in a resalable condition they must be returned to us unused and unopened, with all items included in the original sale - manuals, cables, disks etc. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different brand, model or functions, based on stock availability. Customer has to bare the shipping cost on the replacement item. You may be liable for duties and taxes if based outside the EU. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.

Receiving a refund

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card, PayPal™ account or bank account. For order cancelled under the DSRs, the refunded amount will include shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy.

If you are based outside the EU, any customs duties or sales taxes will not be refunded by ITX.bg Ltd, however we recommend that you contact your local customs office. If you are based inside the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded by ITX.bg Ltd.

Please allow up to 14 business days for any refund to your original payment card or account.

Non-refundable items

Items that are defaced or physically damaged, altered or serviced by unauthorized persons, opened and used cases, opened software, items that become non-functional due to inappropriate use or virus, items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that can not be verified as our products, retail boxed items returned without the original retail box, manual, driver CD or cables. The shipping costs of returning items to us, is also non-refundable.

Faulty goods

ITX.bg will deem goods to be faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where appropriate we will offer to replace or  repair any faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. If we can not fulfill this replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item or a suitable replacement.

Cancelling your order

If you are based in the EU you have the right to cancel your order with ITX.bg under the EU Consumer Protection Directives. You will need to provide written notice within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your order by either emailing office@itx.bg or write to us at:

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will email you with instructions on how to return your item(s) to ITX.bg Ltd. Any returns should be sent to:

ITX.bg  recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All items must be returned unused, and in their original condition. You will receive a full refund for the value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Ordering

Ordering For The First Time

We've made ordering from our online store as simple as possible. With a few clicks you can be on your way to receiving your first purchase from ITX.bg;

  1. Select your preffered category from the top navigation menu. You can either click on a specific product type from the drop down menu or click the category (i.e. Motherboards) to view the entire range available.
  2. Choose the parameters (i.e. Price, Brand, Size ) of the product you wish to buy by simply clicking on the layered navigation menu.
  3. Click on the product you would like to view in more detail.
  4. Select your product and finally quantity.
  5. Click the "Add to Card" button. This item is now placed in your shopping card. You can either continue shopping or checkout by clicking the checkout button. Please note: Items in your shopping card will not be reserved until the checkout process has been completed.

Now follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process. If you haven't already done so, you will need to create an account or enter your shipping/ billing details as a guest. Simply enter your information into the boxes provided, and continue with the checkout process.

I Have Ordered Before

If you have ordered previously from the ITX.bg Online Store, you can speed up your checkout by using details stored in your account;

  1. Log into your account by clicking on the login button in the top right area of the screen.
  2. Enter your username and password. You will now be logged in. You will find that the checkout process already contains your relevant details.
  3. Select a category from the top navigation menu. You can either click on a specific product type from the drop down menu or click the category name (i.e. Motherboard) to view the entire range available.
  4. Choose the parameters (i.e. Price, Brand, Size ) of the product you wish to buy by simply clicking on layered the navigation menu.
  5. Click on the product you would like to view in more detail.
  6. Select your product and finally quantity.

Now follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process. Your billing and delivery addresses should be automatically completed using information from your account.

Payment & Prices

Payment

 At the ITX.bg web store we accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (C.O.D) - C.O.D. is available only with Econt Express courier service. Additional fee may apply if you decide to use the C.O.D service. Visit  http://en.econt.com/tariff-parcel/ for more info;
  • Paypal - With Paypal online payments you have safety and convenience using only an email address and password;
  • Not available since 16.03.2014 Skrill (Moneybookers) eWallet  - With Skrill eWallet you can pay directly and securely without revealing your bank or credit card details;
  • Bank transfer - You can pay your orders via bank/wire transfer;
    Notes on Bank transfer payment to our International customers:
    This payment method may not be suitable for low value orders as the banks typically collect a fee separate from the funds being transferred. We advise you to use bank/wire transfer only for orders with reasonable value. Please contact our sales team if you intend to pay via bank. We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction. The only exception is EU-payments in EUR which can be made with SHA instruction.
  • Not available since 16.03.2014 Credit/Debit Card payment (Powered by Scrill/Moneybookers) - You can pay with your Credit / Debit card through Scrill Secure Payment Gateway. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, JCB and Visa Electron.

VAT rates

VAT (value added tax) is applicable to residents of the EU who don’t have a VAT registration number, and is calculated at the Bulgarian VAT rate of 20%.

Ordering without paying VAT

EU Businesses with a valid VAT ID may place order without paying VAT, but not through our website. If you would like to place an order without paying VAT,  please reach us using our contact form or call us at +359897874248. Once the order is placed, you will need to provide proof of VAT registration. Upon verification of VAT registration, the order will be released and shipped.

Prices

All prices at ITX.bg are inclusive of  20% value added tax, for those customers where tax is applicable. Prices do not include delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

The price to be paid for your order is that displayed at the final checkout stage.  

We accept multiple payment methods, outlined on our payment help page. Only if your payment has been authorized, will your payment account be debited. You will receive confirmation of payment and your unique order number via email. If your payment is not authorized, you may be given the opportunity to try again or use a different payment method. No payment will be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. Payment may be charged before we dispatch your order.

The price to be paid by you is the price displayed on the website at the time when your order is received by us except in cases of obvious error.

We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have issued an Order Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing.

If we discover an error in the price of the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible providing you with the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you for the purposes of this condition, the order will be deemed cancelled and where you have already made payment for the goods this will be refunded in full.

If we are unable to supply any goods for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will provide you with a refund for these goods within 14 days.

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside Bulgaria, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and can not predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Warranty

All items in our shop have Warranty to be free of deffects covered by their manufacturer. The Warranty period for every product is writen on its page and starts from the date of purchase. Certain products may have different terms for natural and for legal persons.

To claim Warranty replacement/repair you must include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. All returns must be shiped to us at customers expense unless otherwise agreed by ITX.bg Ltd.

The returned product will become the property of ITX.bg Limited. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at our expense. Repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered by it's limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

ITX.bg Limited has the right to refuse Warranty service in the following cases:

  • Lost Warranty Card;
  • Missing parts or elements;
  • Damaged warranty seals or unreadable serial No.;
  • Attempt for unauthorized repair or modification;
  • Improper packaging, handling, instalation and use;
  • Damages caused by power surges, damping, mechanical and chemical impact not related to normal use.

Items not covered by Warranty

Warranty can not be claimed for items like Driver CD's, Manuals, Batteries, Bags, etc. Warranty can not apply to gifts.
