Delivery Terms

Itx.bg and mini-itx.bg (property of ITX.bg Limited.) can deliver the goods ordered from itx.bg and mini-itx.bg using local or international courier.

Confirmation

We reserve the right to contact the customers using phone or e-mail adress specified in the registration form to confirm the order, payment method and prefferable shipping method.

Delivery schedule

Bulgaria:

• District cities - up to 1 working day
• Smaller cities - up to 3 working days

Orders placed and confirmed from Monday to Friday between 9.30am - 4.00pm , can be dispatched in the same day and be delivered as early as next day.

Orders placed and confirmed on Saturday before 1.00pm, can be dispatched in the same day and be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed and confirmed on Saturday  after 1.00pm, Sunday or Holidays can be dispatched as early as Monday or Next Business Day.

Other Countries:

Orders placed and confirmed from Monday to Friday between 9.30am - 4.00pm, can be dispatched in the same day.

Orders placed and confirmed on Saturday before 1.00pm, can be dispatched in the same day.

Orders placed and confirmed on Saturday  after 1.00pm, Sunday or Holidays can be dispatched as early as Monday or Next Business Day.

For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. We offer the following shipping methods with their corresponding delivery times:

• Econt Express Courier Service - Available in certain countries across the European Union. Generally delivery takes 3-5 days after dispatch. Visit  http://en.econt.com/tariff-parcel/ for availability and pricing information;
• Ground Mail - Delivery time  is within 10 - 14 days following dispatch using this method;
• Air Mail - Delivery time is within 5-7 days following dispatch;
• GLS Parcel Service - Delivery time is within 7 -10 days (EU delivery only);
• DHL Express Worldwide Service - Usually takes 3-5 days to deliver. Please contact us if you want your goods to be delivered using this method. 

ITX.bg cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.

Delivery cost

Bulgaria:

For orders with value above 300BGN  Bulgaria only - free shipping, in all other cases shipping cost can be calculated using our preffered courier tarrifs. If you preffer other shipping method, please let us know. We will use your most preffered shipping way .

Other Countries:

Depending on customers location we may use different delivery methods - from regular mail to express courier services. Please specify your preffered delivery method during the registration process or inform us using contact form, phone or Skype.

Delivery charges of your orders are calculated for you automatically during the checkout process. All delivery prices are quoted as they are offered by the carriers and are subject to changes. We cannot be held responsible if changes occur in carriers pricing.

In all cases where the actual delivery cost is less than we charged during the checkout process - we will refund the customer with the overpaid amount.

Note to customers outside the EU: If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the EU, the order may be subject to export duties and taxes which have to be paid together with the shipping cost. Also the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

Canceling orders and returning goods

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items may be returned to us for refund, within 7 business days after receiving of the order. Products must be returned in resaleable condition. For products to be in a resaleable condition they must be returned to us unused and unopened, with all items included in the original sale - manuals, cables, disks etc. The customer must pay shipping costs of returning the goods to us no matter if claiming warranty or returning unwanted or incorrectly ordered item.
